Types of Collections: Souvenir Pages

Souvenir Pages are issued by the United States Postal Service, (USPS) and are available only through subscriptions from the USPS or from dealers. Each page supplies pertinent information about the issued stamp ( The First Day City, Colors Image Area, Designer, etc, and a brief narrative about the honoree.
