2024 was ESPER’s premier appearance at BALPEX. We did it in style with nine members in attendance. You knew ESPER was in the house when you saw an eye-catching display of Don Neal’s 6° Cachets highlighting the plays of August Wilson. Lights twinkled on the display designed by Jean Lewis and brought many to the ESPER table. We recruited one new member. The following members attended this show: Betty Session, Calvin Mitchell, Clarence McKnight, Don Neal, Farnese Hicks, Foster Miller, Jean Lewis, Karen Bertha, Lloyd de Vries and Regina Bullock. Also spending time at the ESPER table was 94-year-old Edythe Gregory, mother of Regina Bullock, Kristian McKnight and 6-year-old daughter and granddaughter of ESPER webmaster Clarence McKnight. This was Clarence's granddaughter's first stamp show.
