On July 31, 2024, The Hank Aaron Stamp Dedication Ceremony was held at Truist Park, Home to Atlanta Braves Baseball team in Atlanta, Georgia.  ESPER was well represented with 12 members attending. The following members attended: Tony Thaxton (GA) Walter Faison (NC), Desdemona Faison (NC), Vivian Roscoe (NC), Loretta Wilson (NC), Anne Marie Minton (PA), William Jordan (NY), Foster Miller (MD), Calvin Mitchell (MD), Robert Gilmore (AL) Rufus Gilmore III (AL) and ESPER President Howard Ingram (VA). USPS gave a Ceremony stamp program and a stamp pin to each person attending. The USPS had stamp sheets, First Day Covers, A Commemorative Stamp Panel and Framed Stamp Art for purchase. The Program participates were seated on the field in front of home plate and the persons attending were in the bleachers around home plate. The widow of Hank Aaron, Billye Suber Aaron, did attend the ceremony and spoke during the program.  She was presented with a special Framed Stamp Art during the ceremony. When the stamp was unveiled, the USPS played a short video on the stadium Jumbotron. Normally autograph signing takes place after the ceremony but not this time.  Following the ceremony, nine ESPER members gathered at Terrapin Traven and Restaurant near the stadium for food and fellowship.
